At KiddoAura, your satisfaction is important to us. While we take the utmost care in ensuring quality and accurate order processing, we understand that rare issues can arise. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.


Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is different from what was ordered (wrong item, color, or design)

🚫 Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues or fitting problems
    We strongly encourage all customers to refer to the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order. Our garments are true to the measurements listed.

📹 Proof Required – Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To process a return or refund for a damaged or incorrect product, the customer must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video from start to finish, showing the unopened package, the full unpacking process, and the issue clearly (damage/difference).
  • Submit this video within 24 hours of receiving the product.

No return or refund requests will be entertained without this unboxing video proof.


🔁 Return Process

  1. Email us at kiddoaura@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Attach the unboxing video and mention your order number.
  3. Once verified, we will initiate the return or refund process within 7 working days.
  4. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

📦 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • KiddoAura reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  • This policy is in place to ensure fair handling and avoid misuse of our return process.
